Package includes:

• Initial Wellness Consultation (Health assessment, physical exam)
• Chiropractic “Mama” evaluation* (assessment of low back, hips, extremities)
• “Mama” Energy Healing (Reiki treatment)
• 2 ‘Deluxe’ B-vitamin Injections
• Follow-Up Consultation (Evaluate Labs, discuss continuation plan)

*Chiropractic evaluations do not include adjustments or massage. Separate chiropractic packages are available with Dr. Jeff Anderson.
